     I have been a nurse for over 20 years so I know the importance of TLC and what a difference that can make to delivering quality care.  I have made a change in my career that focuses on another great love in my life which is animal care.
     I have always had pets as part of my family.  Currently in our household we have one dog and two cats. In the past we have had our beloved Shadow & Kodiak,(pictured below- one who was a Golden Retriever & the other a Golden/Newf mix- both Therapy dogs), a rabbit, guinea pig, gerbils, snakes and two wonderful rats named Thunder & Lightning.

   I have experience working in the pet sitting business since September 2006 by starting out  as an Independent Contractor helping out several other pet sitting services.  I have been privileged to work with some great people and meet some wonderful pets and their owners.  This helped me decide to start my own business and continue to care for animals.
     I am certified in Pet First Aid by the American Red Cross.
    I am a member of and insured by PET SITTERS ASSOCIATES, LLC.
